What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery to the UK mainland is provided at no charge on all orders. However, if you require shipment to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or Islands, kindly get in touch, and we can verify the possibility of arranging it for you.  

What is your lead time?

There is no waiting time as all of our products are in stock and ready to be shipped to your address as soon as possible. 

 

What steps should I take if my postcode is not eligible for delivery?

In case delivery is not offered for your postcode, kindly get in touch with us to explore alternative options for arranging the delivery. 

 

Is delivery available for locations outside the UK?

We are open to exploring the possibility of arranging delivery for orders outside of the UK, but we advise customers to contact us to discuss their options. 

 

What is the estimated shipping duration?

The delivery time varies based on the size of the item and the shipping location. Typically, our furniture pieces take between 2 to 8 working days to arrive. However, some large items and dining sets require a 2-man van delivery service that may take 4 to 10 working days. We will keep you informed about the order status and provide tracking information accordingly. Please remember to check your spam folder for any notifications, as they may end up there. 

 

Is it possible to modify the delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, kindly contact us at the earliest. We will make the necessary changes if the order has not yet been processed and shipped. 

 

How do I track the status of my order?

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Our warehouse usually takes one or two working days to ship the item, depending on the nature of the product. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the relevant updates and estimated delivery date.  

 

Is it possible to select a specific delivery date?

If you have a particular delivery date in mind, please contact us. Although we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request, we will explore all possible options for you, including placing a hold on the order, if necessary, for a later delivery date. 

 

What can I do to prevent my order from being shipped with an undesirable courier?

If a particular courier has caused inconvenience for you or could not find your address previously, please contact us for assistance. We will look into the matter and try to accommodate your request by exploring alternative shipping options.

What is the process for obtaining additional information about your products?

If you are unable to locate specific measurements for our items or require more details about certain products, please feel free to send us a message. We will make every effort to gather the necessary information and provide it to you. 

 

Can you provide me with more photos or videos of your products that are not on the website?

If we do have additional visual content or other customer photos of the specific item, we are more than happy to share it with you. Please just send us a message and we will do our best to find more photos or videos that can help you make informed decisions about how our dining chairs, tables or other products will fit into your interior.  

 

I have only received part of my order. When can I expect the remaining items to be delivered?

Some of our dining tables are packed as two parcels, tabletop, and legs. Typically, these packages arrive together, but in the event that they do not, the second parcel will be delivered within the next day or two. The same applies to orders that include multiple items.

Can I return my order?

If you change your mind, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return it. You can either arrange the courier of your choice or our customer service team can provide you with a collection quote. If we organise it, the collection charge will be deducted from the total refund amount. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the product is not used or damaged and is packed in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge for reasonable costs if the product comes back to our warehouse defective. If you disposed original packaging the item cannot be returned. Once we have the parcel approved refunds will be issued within 14 working days.  

Can I return an item after I disposed its original packaging? 

Unfortunately we will not going to be able to accept returns of item that are not in their original packaging. 

 

How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team and they will provide you with all the necessary information. If you decide to use the courier of your own choice, kindly provide us with its name and tracking number after the item is shipped. 

 

What can I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please check it as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving it and contact us immediately if there is an issue. If the item is defective, don't worry, we will provide you with a replacement. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please send us a message along with some photos. If the parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, please reject it and do not sign for it. If you sign for a flawed parcel/pallet, we cannot accept responsibility for any claims made by the customer. 

 

If I need a replacement, how do I go about it? 

If you need a replacement item or part, please reach out to our customer service team, and provide them with a few photos of the faulty item. They will assist you in arranging a replacement. 

 

Can I return items purchased on sale?

In the rare occasion if the customer changes their mind or the product does not suit their needs sale items can be returned. Please note the if the item is not faulty collection fee will be applied. If you receive a defective or damaged item that you purchased on sale, kindly send us a message along with some photos, and we will make arrangements to replace it for you. 

 

How will I know if you have received my return?

If the customer arranges the return, they will have a tracking link and number. However, if our customer service arranges the collection, we will provide all necessary tracking details. Please be aware that our warehouse requires time to inspect returned parcels, and refunds will be processed within 14 working days. 

 

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Your refund will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the item at our warehouse. Please be aware that if the item arrives back to us damaged or without its original packaging, we will not be able to provide a full refund.
